Although we make it look simple, the organisation of a marquee event or wedding can be extremely stressful taking a whole lot of time and effort to coordinate the perfect night. Whether you are a seasoned event operator or doing this for the first time, why not leave it to us to do all the behind the scenes stuff so you can focus on your guests.

We begin with a detailed discussion about your requirements and an overview of the event so we understand exactly what you want to achieve and what your budget is. We then prepare a proposal with a budget of all requirements needed to bring your event or wedding day to life from lighting to cold rooms to generators to deluxe ensuite toilets to catering and staff.

What’s an event without food?! Our expert chefs and experienced catering team will design a unique menu based on gorgeous Sunshine Coast produce to suit every guest, whether your choice is delicious canapés, cocktail and fork cuisine or a formal sit-down four-course dining extravaganza. Of course, we also supply restaurant-quality glassware, crockery and table linen.

As we are one of the few catering companies on the Sunshine Coast to have an offsite liquor licence, we can supply all your alcohol needs, from that chilled glass of wine to local beers and that perfect cocktail if required. We can also provide an Event Coordinator to be present throughout the event to ensure someone is on hand to ensure it all goes smoothly.
