Just a quick email to thank you and all your staff for helping with my function.  I found your company to be very helpful in my food selelctions and party setup.  I didn't have to think about anything.  I actually worked on the Friday and had no time to run around preparing food.  All my friends were amazed with the preparatation and setup which had taken place.  I was a wonderwoman for a few seconds then I mentioned your company.  I must say, everyone was truely impressed with the catering.
