First Class Functions has been coordinating events in Noosa and the Sunshine Coast for over 12 years. Clients seek our service to remove the stress and to ensure the smooth running of their event.
Our event co-ordination serves are utilized by Government groups, individuals for smaller gatherings and themed evenings, Companies for product launches and Openings and by conference organizers and promoters looking for a local sunshine coast team team to implement their ideas.

Our company is unique as we have our own co-ordinating and management, event theming and decorating ( including floral design ) and catering divisions. For other services we work closely with other experienced professionals on the coast.

How our event co-ordination and management service works?
After obtaining the relevant information about your event an initial proposal is prepared. Our fee structure is based on the number of hours involved with managing the event. This fee is clearly indicated in this initial proposal and adjusted according to the number of services that we are required to manage.
There is no management fee for event theming, styling or decorating.
